No Second Night Out
If you've seen someone sleeping rough in Greater Manchester, contact the No Second Night Out service. They will make contact with the rough sleeper, find them emergency accommodation to get them off the streets and then more permanent housing to help them keep off the streets.

The day centre is open Monday to Friday from 10:30am to 4pm and offers hot food, washing/hygiene facilities, computer & telephone access, counselling and social support.

Compassion Food Bank - Church of God of Prophecy
Users must show some proof of address ID when collecting a food parcel and if possible some proof of need.
Open regularly on Tuesdays & Fridays: 12pm-3pm. As well as the first Saturday of the month, 10am-12pm.

Citizen's Advice Bureau
Free general advice. Can help with a range of problems including: debt, housing, welfare benefits, employment, community care, family crises, and immigration (low level). Advice is available by telephone, email or face to face. If appropriate an appointment will be offered at an outreach location near to you.The CAB Information Hub at Manchester Town Hall Customer Service Centre is open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2pm. You can also use the free phone service in the Customer Service Centre to call the CAB advice line.

FixMyStreet.com
Provides an easy way to report faults and damage to Manchester City Council over the internet or via a smartphone app. It also allows other people to see if issues have already been reported meaning that council resources are not wasted responding to multiple reports of the same fault. It also allows other residents and communities to see what issues are being reported and to keep an eye on council performance.
Please note: It is strongly recommended that this service is not used to report urgent issues that risk or endanger anyone's safety. For safety related issues it is recommended that you contact Manchester City Council directly instead.
